Your Profile:
Education/Training:

- University degree Engineering and/or Computer Science.
- Minimum 5 years relevant post qualification experience.
- Fluent in English (TME business language).

Expertise:

- At least 3 years of project/program management or business analyst experience in IT environments
- Experience of leading medium sized teams in data management and reporting.
- Experience with Scrum/Agile at scale frameworks and tools.
- Experience in using Jira and Jira Align tools in big projects/programs is an advantage.
- Experience gathering business requirements (to be model, as is model, etc)
- Experience of define IT solutions to deliver the business needs
- Analytical skills combined with capability to make synthesis of problem area and solution proposal.
- Experience in using Power BI is a plus to liaise with the development teams

Your team and your responsibilities:
The team develops and maintains tools used by other business units, in Sales, Value Chain and Marketing division both at Pan-E and at National Marketing and Sales Companies (= NMSC) scale.

In addition, the team coordinates local market initiatives and developments to make sure they are compliant and compatible with the central tools & hosting.

**Your responsibilities**:
We are looking for a Specialist who will work within the team.

Your role will be to act primarily as a program/portfolio lead in all Data management & reporting initiatives within the division (platform/product/feature implementations, customizations, adoption and evolution).

You will coordinate 5 main streams of data management & reporting, for each area within the division, having a specific teams dedicated to each stream.

You will liaise between TME, other Toyota family companies, NMSC’s, and 3rd Party vendors to deliver value to all stakeholders.
- Act as a program lead for Data Management program following Agile at scale (i.e Scrum)
- Manage risks/issues and dependencies during the program lifecycle and work with all stakeholders to remove impediments.
