**Responsabilités**

Rapportant au COO d’AXA Belgique et sous la gouvernance du Management Comité d’AXA Belgique, vous êtes responsable de la gestion du portefeuille de transformation d’AXA Belgique et de l’orchestration de sa roadmap multi year.

Ceci couvre notamment:

- La définition des priorités de transformation d’AXA Belgique pour délivrer sa stratégie sur l’ensemble des lignes métier, et en étroite collaboration avec les sponsors business, IT et Finance.
- Le suivi du delivery au niveau de la roadmap consolidée (scope, timing, budget,), ainsi que des résultats des initiatives en lien avec les business cases établis.
- La préparation et animation des organes clés de gouvernance de transformation (incluant au niveau du Management Comité d’AXA Belgique), afin de faciliter la prise de décision et le partage des réalisations en lien avec les objectifs business, technologiques, financiers,...
- L’animation transversale des stakeholders impliqués dans la communauté transformation d’AXA Belgique (eg. IT, Finance, Data,.. ) pour aligner les priorités dans les domaines transversaux
- La relation avec les équipes au niveau Groupe AXA, relatifs au suivi du portefeuille d’investissement et de certaines initiatives clés.

Vous serez amenés à conduire des études sur différents sujets stratégiques transverses (phase de cadrage), notamment en lien avec le domaine des opérations, et à participer à certains Steering Comités sur des initiatives clés, requérant une guidance particulière.

Vous serez membre du comité de direction « Operations & Transformation », et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe Transformation d’AXA Belgique, en matière de formation, coaching, recrutement,

**Votre Profil** Qualifications**
- Diplôme de master
- Plusieurs années d'expérience en projets et Program Management
- Une bonne compréhension des enjeux stratégiques métiers du secteur de l’assurance (produits, processus, solutions business) & des enjeux technologiques (eg. Cloud, security )
- La maitrise d’une des 2 langues nationales (Français/néerlandais) et de l’anglais ; le bilinguisme est un plus
- Des skills de communication orales et écrites, permettant par exemple le coaching d’équipes internes et la préparation de support destinée à des niveaux de Direction
- Des qualités de stakeholder managements importantes & d’esprit d’équipe
- Un esprit analytique sur des problématiques transverses complexes et une capacité de synthèse
- Être stimulé par un environnement de transformation, en constante évolution
