Werk jij graag mee aan de verbetering van onze ICT-omgeving door het automatiseren van bedrijfsprocessen en het ontwikkelen, optimaliseren en onderhouden van applicaties? Ben je een gedreven projectleider, die graag betrokken is van de ontwerpfase tot de oplevering? Dan ben jij misschien de projectleider die we zoeken.
Het Departement Mobiliteit en Openbare Werken (DMOW) laat Vlaanderen bewegen: langs de weg, over het water en door de lucht.
Het DMOW staat voor een duurzame ontwikkeling van de mobiliteit in Vlaanderen. Het realiseert heel wat projecten en biedt daarnaast beleidsondersteuning op het vlak van mobiliteit, verkeersveiligheid, investeringen, beheer en exploitatie van de transport
- en de haveninfrastructuur.
De functie van IT project manager situeert zich binnen de afdeling Algemene Technische Ondersteuning. Je komt terecht in het informaticateam (20-tal informatici) en zal vanuit dit team werken voor de afdelingen van het departement.
Je werkt samen met het afdelingshoofd, de business projectleiders en de verschillende ICT-collega’s (ICT-chiefarchitect, informatici, ICT-projectleiders, DPO, dataspecialist, GIS-specialist).
**Doel**
Je komt tegemoet aan een groeiende nood binnen het departement voor het automatiseren van bedrijfsprocessen en het ontwikkelen, optimaliseren en onderhouden van applicaties.
Je bent als projectleider verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling van applicaties en werkt hiervoor nauw samen met externe ICT-dienstverleners.
Je bent als applicatiebeheerder verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en het performant beschikbaar houden van extern gehoste applicaties. Je geeft hiervoor de gepaste instructies aan de externe ICT-dienstverlener (hostingpartner).
**Wie zoeken we?**:
Je hebt kennis van: de verschillende cloudoplossingen (zoals: Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, Google), de gangbare ICT-besturingssystemen, netwerk
- en servertechnologie, databases en programmatietechnieken.
Je hebt kennis van (of bent bereid deze te verwerven): Program and Project Management, Process Analysis, Enterprise Architecture Management, Infrastructure and Operations, Application Development.
Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands, en goede communicatievaardigheden, zowel gesproken als geschreven.
Je bent klantgericht. Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin en handelt steeds in het belang van de organisatie.
Je werkt planmatig en kan het werk van anderen coördineren door de prioriteiten te bepalen.
Je hebt een goed analytisch inzicht, waardoor je snel verbanden legt en oorzaken ziet.
