Culligan Belgium n.v. met vestiging te Groot-Bijgaarden is op zoek naar een Churn Manager/Relatiebeheerder (M/V/X) voor onmiddellijke indiensttreding.

**Relationship Manager** **(M/V/X)**:
**Jouw rol**:
Onder de bevoegdheid van de Sales Manager zal jouw rol binnen de dienst tweeledig zijn. Enerzijds, ben je als relatiebeheerder bevoegd voor het inventariseren van de noden van klanten evenals het opbouwen en onderhouden van klantenrelaties. Anderzijds, ben je als Churn Manager verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van eventuele annulaties.

Na een bevestigd integratie
- en opleidingsparcours, zullen hierna volgende verantwoordelijk-heden deel uitmaken van jouw takenpakket:
**Churn Manager**:

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het behoud van klanten;
- Je verwerkt dagdagelijks de binnenkomende annulaties van A tot Z van bestaande klanten;
- Je onderhoudt de nodige contacten met het oog op klantbehoud en -tevredenheid.

**Relatiebeheerder**:

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken van offertes, de opvolging ervan verzerkeren evenals het afsluiten van contracten;
- Jouw know-how en gedegen product
- en dienstenkennis stelt je in staat om signalen van klanten te identificeren, hierop in te spelen en de nodige adviezen te verlenen ;
- Je inventariseert de noden van klanten en vertaalt deze naar optimale oplossingen en plaatst proactief verbetervoorstellen ;
- Je bent de SPOC voor de bestaande klantenportefeuille en beschikt bijgevolg over een grondige dossierkennis ;
- Je staat in voor een optimale en nauwkeurige administratieve opvolging.

**Het team**:
Je komt terecht in een enthousiast en gedreven team van 12 medewerkers en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Sales Manager.

Je kan hierbij rekenen op de ruime ervaring, know-how en de permanente ondersteuning van jouw Manager en het team om er samen voor te gaan en er een boeiende, leerrijke en succesvolle ervaring van te maken.

**Jouw profiel**:

- **Kennis en ervaring** - je kan terugblikken op een **bevestigde ervaring** in een soortgelijke functie, idealiter in de sector voor waterbehandeling.
- **IT-skills** - je bent vertrouwd met het gebruik van IT-tools (MS Office, CRM is een pluspunt).
- **Analytische skills** - je bent **analytisch ingesteld** en gaat **accuraat** tewerk.
- **People skills** - Je bouwt en onderhoudt graag **duurzame relaties** met mensen, zowel intern als extern. Je stelt je **klantgericht** en **dienstverlenend** op.
- **Communicatieve skills** - je beschikt over de sterke **communicatieve vaardigheden**. Je hebt de nodige **commerciële flair** en kan je eenvoudig aanpassen aan diverse situaties en contactpersonen. Een **uitdaging** schrikt jou allesbehalve af.
- **Talenkennis** - je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het **Nederlands** en het Frans**, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
