MPET/PSAA/ATS staan aan de vooravond van een nieuw tijdperk. De (semi)automatisering doet zijn intrede in onze organisatie en daarom moet ATS Technische Dienst klaar zijn om deze nieuwe operationele manier van werken te ondersteunen. Deze nieuwe manier van werken betekent een transformatie voor ATS.
Om deze en andere transformaties te coördineren, heeft ATS TD een jong en dynamisch Transformatieteam in het leven geroepen. Om het transformatieteam verder te versterken is ATS TD op zoek naar een:
**Program Manager Technical Services**
Als Program Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het plannen en begeleiden van de verschillende projecten op de technische en engineering afdeling, waarbij je er over waakt dat deze tijdig en binnen budget worden voltooid.
**Functie**
- ** **Je coördineert, stuurt en beheert de algemene prestaties (scope, timing, budget, risico's, middelen, enz.) van de projecten binnen de technische dienst.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een regelmatige & transparante projectstatus update naar de interne stakeholders door middel van management rapporten of dashboards.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de projectvoortgangsrapportering van alle projecten gestandaardiseerd en correct is.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de projecten gericht zijn op de strategische doelstellingen van het bedrijf.
- Je volgt alle projecten binnen ATS TD op, zowel de projecten die ATS uitvoert voor PSA Antwerp en MPET, als de interne ATS projecten. Je beheert en bewaakt de projecten over de (sub)afdelingen heen.
- Je meet de projectprestaties om verbeterpunten te identificeren.
- Je maakt gebruik van een consistent project management methodologie & tool, met gestandaardiseerde processen, templates en best practices.
- Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s van engineering, maintenance cranes, rolling equipment, civil work,
**Profiel**:
**Opleiding**: Bachelor of Master in informatica, bedrijfskunde of aanverwant vakgebied
**Ervaring**: Relevante ervaring met Project - en/of program management
Bij voorkeur in het bezit van een certificaat project management
**Talen**: Nederlands - Engels

In uitoefening van je functie zal je ook regelmatig projecten opvolgen op de PSA Noordzee Terminal en PSA Europa Terminal (Rechteroever).
