Wij verzorgen de meest uiteenlopende projecten Naast onze activiteiten in België zijn wij sinds een 15-tal jaren ook een vaste waarde in het Midden-Oosten. Dankzij ons hoogtechnologisch machinepark en 2000 gespecialiseerde medewerkers zijn wij in staat steeds een optimale service aan te bieden

**WAT ZAL JE DOEN?**:
- Als Technical Services Manager sta je in voor de **voorbereiding en opvolging** van alle **technische modificatie-opdrachten** van onze klanten en je handelt **technische dossiers af van A tot Z.**:
- Je hebt veelvuldig** contact met de klanten** en je bent het aanspreekpunt bij vragen.
- Je staat in voor het **behalen** van de interne en externe **KPI’s**.
- Je legt continue focus op verbetering en optimalisatie van de efficiëntie.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het **aansturen en coachen van je team.**:
- Je bent de drijfveer achter een **veilige werkomgeving** en draagt veilig werken hoog in het vaandel.
- Je **bewaakt het kwaliteitsniveau** van de afgewerkte goederen en **bewaakt de planning en de deadlines** voor het afwerken van de machines. Je staat in voor de operationele analyse.
**WIE ZOEKEN WE?**:
- Je bent in het bezit van een **diploma industrieel ingenieur automechanica.**:
- Je hebt **minimum 5 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen de automotive of garage sector.**:
- Je hebt een goede technische kennis en hebt ervaring met **peoplemanagement.**:
- Je bent een pragmatisch ingesteld persoon die op een empathische wijze een team kan aansturen.
- Je bent gedreven en je kan zelfstandig werken.
- Je kan vlot overweg met **MS Office**.
- Je hebt een goede kennis **Nederlands en Engels.**
