Our client is seeking a skilled and dynamic Agile Project Management Officer (PMO) to join their team.

**Agile Project Planning and Monitoring**:

- Collaborate with project managers and teams to develop and maintain agile project plans.
- Monitor agile project progress, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and agile principles.
- Track individual tasks within sprints, including deadlines, resource requirements, intermediate milestones, and deliverable achievements.
- Set up and maintain agile risk management processes, identifying and reporting risks at both the project and sprint levels.
- Provide regular status updates and agile reports to Project Managers and other stakeholders.

**Administrative Agile Support**:

- Coordinate agile project meetings, including planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Document and manage agile project decisions, ensuring clear communication and follow-up.
- Maintain agile project documentation and ensure its accessibility to all relevant parties.

**Communication and Agile Reporting**:

- Prepare and deliver agile reports for various project stakeholders, including senior management and core teams.
- Develop internal agile communication materials to inform and engage project members and stakeholders about project progress and achievements.

**Deliverables Quality Control**:

- Ensure the quality of project deliverables through proper validation, communication, and archiving processes.
- Maintain and update shared agile project platforms (e.g., SharePoint), ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Support Project Managers in creating agile presentations and other project-related materials.

**Agile Coaching and Facilitation**:

- Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring adherence to agile best practices.
- Guide teams to understand and implement agile methodologies and principles.
- Coach team members on agile practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Gather and analyze feedback from agile project tasks to identify areas for improvement.
- Recommend and implement process changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of future agile project executions.
- Improve documentation management
- Fluent in English and French or Dutch, with a good understanding of the other national language.
- Master’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Agile Project Management Officer or in a similar agile role in business or Uni environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Project Planning is a must.
- Certified Agile Practitioner (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile PM) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple agile projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in agile project management software and tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
