Our Clinical Research team push the boundaries of global healthcare through research and innovation. Through clinical trials and surveillance, we ensure the safety and efficacy of our existing and pipeline products to produce safe, effective, innovative medicine.

In this role, you will:
**Manage operational support for phase 1 clinical trials**
- Oversee /manage the operational support on early clinical trials ensuring operational quality and on-time logistics, documentation and contracting of all TMed EU managed clinical trials and related deliverables.
- Oversee operational staff (manager/coaching of team of 6-8 persons)
- Actively manage staffing and operational expenses to ensure alignment within budget.

**Be responsible for vendor management**
- Manage sourced tasks portfolio, proactively planning and ensuring vendor agreements support business deliverables on time and at acceptable quality level.
- Oversee training and skill set development for partners within TMed EU operations.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners effectively, ensuring productive and efficient working relationships.

**Be responsible for project management portfolio**
- keep track of the portfolio and updating planning/ status of the projects

**Requirements**:

- MS, BS or PhD
- From 10 years of relevant work experience in clinical trial operations, preferably in phase I
- People management experience is required
- Excellent project management skills, MS project
- Experience with systems as COMET, TMF, CTMS, Veeva Vault is an asset
- Fluency in English and Dutch, knowledge of French is an asset
