**Function**:
For our site in **Ghent**, we are looking for a receptionist.

In this job, you will primarily be responsible for welcoming drivers and providing administrative support for warehouse operations. welcoming drivers.

- Welcoming drivers.
- Administrative oversight of warehouse activities.
- Order and stock management of products, stock analyses, etc.
- First point of contact for our customers and suppliers.
- Creating slot schedules for loading and unloading times and monitoring driver wait times, also handling associated transport documents.
- Acting as backup for reception: welcoming and guiding drivers.

- Flexible schedule: shift work (6-14/14-22h) is a must.
