About the Role

Drive the delivery of the TSP squad to ease and speed-up client onboarding for key initiatives such as ISO 20022, Case Management evolution, gpi or securities viewer.

We are looking for an ambitious, talented, dynamic and self-driven Product Owner for our Test Sparring Partner squad.

**Responsibilities**:
The Transaction Management Tribe is looking for a talented and dynamic Product Owner for the TSP squad.

As a product owner for TSP you will be responsible for:

- the vision, backlog, prioritization and roadmap of the Test sparring partner, interacting with other product teams at SWIFT to collect requirements, timeline and drive the support of for SWIFT key initiatives through the Test sparring partner.
- the delivery of the TSP squad in line with the agreed roadmap, ensuring clients have the right testing tools to support their adoption of SWIFT key initiatives
- the quality and availability of the TSP service to its clients.

- Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Technical skills
- Product Owner experience, preferably in a B2B environment (Skills in customer requirements gathering, so as to translate business needs into well-defined specifications and design, Good collaboration with IT to transform the specifications into a finished and well-defined product, Be recognized as a technical market expert able to select the best technical option in terms of delivery (in-house development; off the shelf; joint development in partnership) Ability to prioritize and focus on the most important issues at hand)
- IT delivery experience, preferably in the financial industry
- Strong project management/planning/organizing skills are required in order to be successful in this role. Working experience in an Agile team is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of the SWIFT business is an asset
- Abreast of technical solutions available on the payments market.

Experience
- At least 7 years’ experience preferably in the financial industry in a product management or IT delivery manager position.

Education
- University degree in Marketing, IT, Engineering or equivalent.
