**Job description**:
The FP&A Manager reports to Group CFO and is in charge of Financial management including:
1- Monthly Management reporting, Budget and Forecasts,
2- In collaboration with Group Consolidation manager, development of automated Management & Statutory reporting,
3- In collaboration with Corporate & Regional Finance teams, change management of the financial reporting. Development and maintenance of internal control policies and procedures,
4- Various financial analysis in relation with the Business depending on the needs,
5- Team management & collaboration with finance teams in international environment.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Preparation of Group accounts, financial statements and financial reports:
- Responsible for preparing and delivering the Group management reports, Budget and Forecasts.
- Provide relevant & timely financial information to the Group Executive Committee, Board of Directors and External financial stakeholders (banks).
- Collect & consolidate financial reports. Ensure accuracy & integrity of accounting records and financial systems. Analyse & explain evolution in main KPIs.
- Collect, check, rework & consolidate sales statistic reports (sales, margins, orders, backlog). Perform sanity check on the figures - analyse & explain margin evolution.
- Supervise reconciliation of Intercompany transaction,
- In collaboration with Group Consolidation manager, to set up and implement new reporting processes and/or system.
- Collaborative work with up to 15 local entities divided into 7 Business Units.
- Ensure the Finance department is properly supporting the business, identify weaknesses & propose new way of working.
- Train and support local entities to reach the Group finance objectives and deadlines.
**Desired Skills and Experience**:
- Strong finance skills (experience with IFRS is a plus).
- Good IT skills with experience in MS Office in particular Advanced Excel, ERP systems (Dynamics 365/PowerBI is a plus) and ideally Consolidation systems (SigmaConso is a plus).
- Business engineer or Master in Finance.
- Minimum 7 + years of proven experience in controlling & reporting, preferably with an international organization in the sectors of construction, manufacturing or business consulting.
- Knowledge or experience in project management methodology (Prince2 or PMP Certification is a plus).
- High communication skills in English (French is a plus).
- High ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team management (1 to 2 FTEs remote).
- Open to innovation and new ways of working.
- Innovative thinking and can-do attitude.
