De vragen die binnenkomen, zijn divers. Jij bent degene die bepaalt hoe de vraag of het probleem van de klant opgelost gaat worden. Functionele vragen over het gebruik van de applicatie beantwoord je zelf. Technische en commerciële vragen communiceer je naar de juiste collega’s.

- Je bent klantvriendelijk en communicatief sterk
- Je kan je professioneel uitdrukken in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
- Je bent analytisch en denkt oplossingsgericht
- Je durft zelf beslissingen te nemen en neemt verantwoordelijkheid
- Je staat stevig in je schoenen, problemen zie jij eerder als uitdagingen
- Je bent administratief sterk
- Je hebt minimum een Bachelor diploma op zak
