We zijn op zoek naar een dynamische en strategische Global Fashion Wholesale and Retail Manager om de internationale uitbreiding en prestaties van Tomorrowland's Fashion, Lifestyle en Home-producten te leiden en te beheren.

Deze rol is cruciaal om ervoor te zorgen dat de wholesale-partners en flagship stores van Tomorrowland efficiënt opereren en tegelijkertijd winstgevendheid, merkzichtbaarheid en marktaandeel in wereldwijde markten maximaliseren.

De ideale kandidaat heeft uitgebreide ervaring in zowel de wholesale
- als retailsector van de mode-industrie, beschikt over sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden en is bedreven in het managen van een breed scala aan partners en stakeholders in verschillende regio’s.

**VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN**

**Wholesale Management**:

- Ontwikkel en implementeer een strategie waarin je wereldwijde wholesale-partnerships identificeert en realiseert in zowel nieuwe als bestaande internationale markten.
- Bouw sterke relaties op en onderhoud deze met belangrijke wholesale-accounts, distributeurs en agenten om merkaansluiting, omzetgroei en duurzame samenwerkingen te waarborgen.
- Stimuleer omzetgroei door markttrends te analyseren, verkoopdoelen te stellen en de uitvoering van wholesale-deals te begeleiden, inclusief het onderhandelen van voorwaarden en contracten.
- Zorg ervoor dat alle wholesale-partners de merkrichtlijnen en prijsstrategieën volgen, zodat de wereldwijde positionering consistent blijft.
- Werk nauw samen met het supply chain-team om vraag te voorspellen, voorraad te beheren en een optimale voorraadverdeling voor wholesale-accounts te garanderen.

**Retail Management**:

- Stuur de operationele activiteiten van zowel eigen als franchise retailwinkels in internationale regio’s aan, met focus op winstgevendheid, prestaties en naleving van bedrijfsnormen.
- Monitor en analyseer belangrijke retailstatistieken, zoals verkoopprestaties, conversieratio’s en klantbeleving en identificeer verbeterpunten.
- Werk samen met vastgoed
- en ontwikkelingsteams om nieuwe winkels te openen in strategische wereldwijde markten en zorg ervoor dat ze aansluiten bij de merkwaarden en winstdoelen.
- Coach storemanagers en winkelpersoneel om een uniforme strategie tussen winkels en markten te realiseren en stimuleer een high-performance cultuur.
- Werk nauw samen met e-commerce-teams om fysieke winkels en digitale kanalen naadloos te integreren en de klantbeleving te verbeteren.

**Strategie & Financieel Beheer**:

- Draag bij aan de strategische planning van het bedrijf door gebruik te maken van marktonderzoek en inzichten om langetermijndoelen voor groei in wholesale en retail te bepalen.
- Stel budgetten en sales forecasts op, beheer deze effectief en zorg voor kostenefficiënte bedrijfsvoering binnen zowel de wholesale
- als retaildivisies.
- Werk samen met marketing
- en merchandisingteams om wereldwijde prijs-, promotie
- en kortingsstrategieën te ontwikkelen die aansluiten bij zowel wholesale
- als retailbehoeften, terwijl je de merkintegriteit behoudt.

**Markttrends & Concurrentieanalyse**:

- Blijf op de hoogte van wereldwijde modetrends, consumentenvoorkeuren en activiteiten van concurrenten en pas strategieën hierop aan.
- Voer concurrentieanalyses uit om kansen voor differentiatie en innovatie in zowel wholesale
- als retailsectoren te identificeren.

**MUST-HAVES**
- Minimaal 7-10 jaar ervaring in mode wholesale
- en retailmanagement, met een bewezen staat van dienst in internationale groei.
- MBA of een diploma in Business, Fashion Merchandising of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
- Diepgaande kennis van wereldwijde modemarkten, distributiekanalen, retailomgevingen en klantgedrag.
- Uitstekende onderhandelings-, communicatie
- en presentatievaardigheden met de capaciteit om meerdere stakeholders te beheren, van franchisenemers tot corporate teams.
- Vloeiend in Nederlands, Frans en Engels; extra talen zoals Spaans, Japans of Mandarijn zijn een plus.
- Ervaring met luxe
- of premium-modemerken.
- Begrip van omnichannel retailstrategieën.
- Ervaring met zowel opkomende als gevestigde markten.
