Job Description
We are looking for a people-oriented, passionate leader to partner with us on the recruitment and development of a diverse and inclusive team for lululemon's first store in Antwerp, Belgium.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Europe Retail Director and have previous experience in retail management, with at least five years leading teams. They will be responsible for every aspect of the retail store performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example, ensuring every area of the store is engaged and performing to deliver world-class guest experiences.
- Create an environment where team members feel a deep sense of belonging and have opportunities to grow.
- Develop team capabilities to drive strategy and achieve key results for the business.
- Establish a vision for the store, based on key metrics and initiatives, and cascade to all team members.
- Manage the store's hiring strategy to build a strong and diverse team.
- Support ongoing learning and development of all team members.
- Address employee relations issues, including knowing when to partner with HR for guidance or action.
Requirements
We require a minimum of ten years' working experience in retail or a service-oriented industry, with at least five years leading and managing people. The successful candidate must hold a valid Schengen working visa or work permit for Belgium.
