Lead, Retail Development Belux in Goodyear Retail Systems (GRS) lead operational planning, network expansion, and strategic development in a fast-paced environment, fostering profitability and partnerships. Bring your expertise in retail, sales, and franchise systems to help us achieve excellence across the Belux region.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support franchisees with business operations, including planning, issue resolution, and growth strategies to drive efficiency, profitability, and partnership with Goodyear. Ensure annual operational and investment plans are executed and KPIs improved.
- Develop and implement area network plans, recruit new franchisees, and optimize coverage using geo-marketing insights.
- Drive sales and profitability in Lease & Fleet business, set and monitor annual plans, and expand market share within the franchise network.
- Analyze industry trends, competition, and market data to design and manage 5-year AOPs for franchisees, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with lease & fleet customers, acting as a single point of contact to secure growth and loyalty.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of proven success in a retail environment, ideally involving the implementation of franchise systems or leading retail-focused initiatives.
- A demonstrated track record in sales, marketing, or business consultancy, with expertise in conceptual selling, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Exceptional relationship-building abilities, strong financial expertise, and solid knowledge of franchise systems and retail business operations.
- Demonstrated experience in achieving sales objectives and driving business growth.
- A results-driven mindset, collaboration-oriented approach, adaptability, ability to inspire and energize teams, and a commitment to integrity.
- Fluent in Dutch (Flemish), French, and English. Native Flemish preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools.
