Business Development Manager-Construction Sector

Voor een middelgroot bedrijf (150 FTE ), met hoofdzetel in de driehoek Antwerpen- Brussel-Gent en actief in een niche van de bouwsector, is er een vacature voor een Business Development Manager.
Het betreft een nieuwe functie voor een bedrijf dat reeds meer dan 30 jaar actief is in de BELUX regio en in Noord Frankrijk. In 2024 heeft het bedrijf een transitie ingezet om met vernieuwde dynamiek de komende jaren nieuwe markten aan te boren. Het bedrijf heeft een eigen engineeringsteam, een performant productieapparaat en een ervaren service en onderhoudsploeg.
Kwaliteit en innovatie zijn de rode draad doorheen het hele bedrijf.
Verantwoordelijkheden van de Business Development Manager
- Identificeren en benaderen van nieuwe markten en opportuniteiten in de Belux
- Opbouwen en onderhouden van relaties met diverse stakeholders: projectontwikkelaars, investeerders, aannemers, architecten, syndici, bouwheren;
- Analyseren van markttrends en concurrentie om kansen te identificeren;
- Op zoek gaan naar interessante projecten in de markt en aanbestedingen/tenders uitwerken;
- Alert zijn voor alle nieuwe trends en technische evoluties en duurzaamheidstendensen. Nieuwe regelgeving in de betrokken regio's opvolgen;
- Voorbereiden en geven van presentaties en pitches aan potentiële klanten;
- Samenwerken met de interne teams om klantbehoeften en -eisen te vertalen naar oplossingen.
PROFIEL
- Een hunter 'pur sang', met een degelijke technische bagage;
- Een bewezen track record in sales en businessdevelopment rollen in een industriële en projectgedreven productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in een bouw- en/of metaal gerelateerde sector;
- Een tactische en strategische visie kunnen ontwikkelen en deze pragmatisch kunnen omzetten in realistische stappenplannen;
- Een resultaatgedreven ondernemers-dna;
- Iemand die met de nodige 'sérieux' vertrouwensrelaties kan opbouwen;
- Flexibel/oplossingsgericht/hands-on;
- Een goede communicator;
- Stressbestendig;
- Talen : Vloeiend in het Nederlands en Frans
