Wat je gaat doen
Wil jij als Development Lead samen met ons gebruiksvriendelijke applicaties en performante services bouwen in een .NET stack?
Als Development Lead begeleid je onze klant in een ambitieus programma voor digitale transformatie . Je vertaalt functionele analyses naar technische oplossingen (zoals applicatiearchitectuur en technische analyse), bepaalt de aanpak, maakt alles ontwikkelklaar en voert workloadinschattingen uit. Ook het overzien van de ontwikkeling (idealiter ontwikkel je zelf beperkt mee), technisch testen, deployment en hosting behoren tot je takenpakket. Uiteraard kun je hiervoor terugvallen op de collega's en domeinexperten van iO. Je werkt nauw samen met onze architecten, ontwikkelaars, analisten en projectmanagers.
Verder ben je het technisch aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten: je licht keuzes en beslissingen toe, ook aan minder technische contactpersonen. Je zorgt er mee voor dat de zakelijke, functionele en technische vereisten op elkaar zijn afgestemd. Je begeleidt en coacht ook andere ontwikkelaars en deelt best practices en standaarden met je teamgenoten.
Je begeleidt het klantenteam tijdens UAT en organiseert de go live van applicaties. Door systematisch rekening te houden met stability, scalability, traceability, flexibility, maintainability en performance bewaak je de algehele kwaliteit op lange termijn. Je plant technische taken en wijst ze toe aan teamleden. Je bewaakt coderingsstandaarden qua benamingen, codekwaliteit en stijl en zorgt voor de juiste monitoring en logging voor toekomstige ondersteuning en dashboarding. Je documenteert zowel de code als de ontwikkelde software in verschillende formaten (zoals helpdesk quick sheet, gebruikersdocumentatie, technische documentatie).
Daarom ben jij de perfecte Development Lead .NET / Hands-on Software Architect
Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in het technisch leiden van een team en 10 jaar ervaring in applicatieontwikkeling. Je beschikt over een gedegen kennis van het .NET ecosysteem. Je bent een empathische people manager met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden (mondeling en schriftelijk). Je hebt ervaring met het nemen van de technische eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de ontwikkeling van een product/project. Je hebt ervaring met het .Net Stack: Framework 7 en hoger, evenals ervaring met .Net (core) 6 & 7. Je kunt werken met ALM-tools (VSTS/Azure DevOps, Jenkins), en hebt kennis van containerisatietechnologieën (zoals Docker en Kubernetes). Kennis van Dapr en Yarp zijn pluspunten. Je bent vertrouwd met een CI/CD-setup in Azure DevOps. Je hebt ervaring met Git, Gitflow, Data-driven design en Dependency Injection . Je hebt kennis van SQL (MSSQL) voor ontwikkelingsdoeleinden. Kennis van beheer is niet vereist. Relevante Microsoft-certificeringen zijn handig meegenomen. Je bent een assertieve, plichtsbewuste, zelfstandige, stressbestendige en flexibele teamspeler, en in staat om je aan te passen aan een voortdurend veranderende omgeving. Je beschikt over uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en een groot probleemoplossend vermogen. Je kunt je scherpe analytische inzichten helder vertalen naar ontwikkelaars. Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands . Je kennis van het Frans en het Engels is behoorlijk.#LI-ELLENVANDENBROUCKE
