En tant que **Portfolio, Programme et Project Officer (A2)**, vous soutenez les programmes et les projets au sein du PMO et de la de gestion du changement. Vous
Vous apportez votre soutien et vos conseils afin d'assurer la gestion du portefeuille de projets et de programmes. Vous facilitez également la gestion du changement au sein de la Direction Générale Simplification et Digitalisation

En tant que **Portfolio, Programme et Project Officer (A2)**, vous soutenez les programmes et les projets au sein du PMO et de la de gestion du changement. Vous apportez votre soutien et vos conseils afin d'assurer la gestion du portefeuille de projets et de programmes. Vous facilitez également la gestion du changement au sein de la Direction Générale Simplification et Digitalisation.

Vos tâches spécifiques sont les suivantes:

- Vous mettez en place des méthodes et des outils de gestion pour assurer le suivi et la coordination des activités ;
- Vous définissez et soutenez la méthodologie et les outils de gestion de portefeuille, de programme et de projet et vous informez le personnel de cette méthodologie ;
- Vous identifiez les besoins de formation des chefs de projet et du personnel de projet et vous proposez les actions nécessaires. Vous fournissez les informations nécessaires aux différents membres du personnel ;
- Vous élaborez des plans de communication, de formation et de documentation ;
- Vous rédigez le plan du portefeuille, du programme et du projet, les sous-tâches et vous pouvez en réaliser le rapportage.

En outre, vous suivez également les développements concernant le PMO et la gestion du changement et vous êtes un point de contact du PMO pour notre Direction Générale au sein du SPF Stratégie et Appui (BOSA). Vous travaillez dans un environnement multilingue. Il est donc important que vous ayez une maîtrise suffisante du néerlandais et de l'anglais pour assurer une communication fluide avec vos collègues et vos clients.

Pour lancer le **nouveau service Portofolio, Programme et Project Management Office**, nous cherchons à recruter un "Portfolio, Programme & Project
Officer (A2)" pour la **Direction Générale Simplification et Digitalisation** du **SPF Stratégie et Appui (BOSA)**.

La **DG Simplification et Digitalisation** du SPF Stratégie et Appui contribue à la numérisation des services existants et apporte son soutien au développement de nouveaux services numériques, aussi bien pour les citoyens, les entreprises et les administrations publiques.

**Le Service public fédéral Stratégie et Appui (SPF BOSA)** assiste le gouvernement et soutient les autres services publics fédéraux dans différents domaines : ICT, recrutement, formation, administration du personnel et des salaires, gestion de l’organisation et politique d’intégrité, budget, comptabilité et marchés publics. L'organisation par le biais de Directions générales et d'un service d'appui interne est telle que ces missions peuvent être exercées de manière consistante et coordonnée.

**Votre profil**:

- Vous êtes titulaire d'un master, d'un arrêté de nomination de niveau A1 avec au moins 2 ans d'ancienneté ou d'un arrêté de nomination de niveau A2 ;
- Vous avez une connaissance approfondie de la gestion de projets, plus particulièrement dans un environnement informatique ;
- Vous êtes enthousiaste et motivé(e) pour débuter en tant que Portfolio, Programme & Project Officer au SPF Stratégie et Appui (BOSA);
- Une bonne connaissance du néerlandais et de l'anglais est un atout majeur.
