Customer Care Specialist Forwarding

Voor een logistieke topspeler in de regio Antwerpen zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een **Customer care specialist forwarding.**

**De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn**:

- Je volgt de **orders** op van **A tot Z **en leidt het proces in goede banen.
- Je verwerkt op een correcte manier de orders in het **bedrijfseigen** **expeditiepakket**.
- Je regelt het **voortransport** en het **zeevervoer**. Je hebt hiervoor contacten met **transporteurs** en **rederijen**:

- Je maakt de nodige** (transport)documenten** op: BL’s, douane
- en handelsdocumenten
- Bij problemen of **afwijkingen** ben je een echte **troubleshooter** en ga je op zoek naar de best mogelijke oplossing
- Je fungeert als **aanspreekpunt** voor de **klant** binnen de **chemische sector.**

**De vereiste kwalificaties zijn**:

- Je hebt ervaring met zeevrachtboekingen.
- **Je hebt kennis van Incoterms, douanedocumenten en Bill of Ladings.**:

- Je spreekt vloeiend **Nederlands**, **Engels**, zowel gesproken als geschreven.
- Je omschrijft jezelf als **proactief, detailgericht en collegiaal.**
