**JOUW UITDAGINGEN**

Als Specialist Forwarding ben je een sterke bemiddelaar die ervoor zorgt dat de goederen van onze klanten op de snelste en meest efficiënte manier worden vervoerd. Hoe doe je dat nu juist?
- In hoofdzaak zorg je voor de volledige administratieve afhandeling van alle verzendingen op basis van de ontvangen orders.
- De ontvangen transportopdrachten boek je in en communiceer je transparant naar de klant.
- Als spilfiguur binnen verzending alligneer je de verschillende betrokken interne afdelingen met elkaar. Zo geef je ook opdrachten aan onze interne douane-afdelingen.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opmaak van de nodige transportdocumenten en je bezorgt deze tijdig aan de betrokken instanties.
- In geval van gevaarlijke goederen verzorg je aangiftes bij de Havenkapitein.
- Als ervaren Specialist Forwarding word je actief betrokken in het facturatieproces.

**JOUW TALENTEN**
- Als Specialist Forwarding ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt van onze klanten inzake hun goederenstroom.
- Je weet als geen ander hun verzendingen te behartigen.
- Je geeft blijk van een hands-on mentaliteit waarbij je accuraatheid, klantenservice en teamgerichtheid zeer hoog in het vaandel draagt.
- Dankzij jouw vlotte en verbindende manier van communiceren is iedereen goed geïnformeerd en geadviseerd over jouw lopende dossiers.
- Aangezien je in contact komt met zowel nationale als internationale klanten, kan je hen vlot te woord staan in het Nederlands en Engels.
