**Open-ended - Full Time**
As Stock Room Responsible these will be your main responsibilities:
- Be aware of what happens day to day in the store, and how your work affects the sales of the store
- Maintain excellent standards in the stockroom by organizing and arranging the stockroom efficiently
- Be actively involved in the delivery and ensure new stock is available for replenishment on the shop floor before the store opens
- Continually develop stock knowledge and promotions throughout the store.
- Organize and coordinate all the team in the delivery day
- Be responsible of all the replenishment per hour that needs to be done in the store in a daily basis
- Train all members of the team in the good maintenance of the stock room and involve them to respect the work and to keep it tidy and clean
- Coordinate with the Managers in all the main duties the store requires: all type of deliveries, changes of store, inventories, sales preparation and special events.
**CAPABILITIES**:
- Supervisory skills desirable - team of stock associates
- Ability to work under pressure
- Energetic & enthusiastic
- Strong initiative & self-motivation
- Flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays
