**Description du poste**
- Als hoofd werkvoorbereider volg je het werk op van start tot oplevering;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing en opvolging van de collega werkvoorbereiders. Hierbij werk je de realisatiemethodes mee uit en zoek je mee naar oplossingen. Je behoudt steeds het globaal overzicht waardoor je de noden en prioriteiten nooit uit het oog verliest.
- Je coördineert de globale planning van het project.
- Je volgt het ontwerpproces mee op, waarbij je feedback geeft op de aangeleverde ontwerpplannen.
- Je ondersteunt het aankoopteam bij de opmaak van de nodige prijsvragen, je beoordeelt de betreffende offertes en aankoopdossiers. Na contractsluiting ben je verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van de ontwerpdocumenten van de onderaannemer/leverancier.
- Risicomanagement, eisenverificatie en afwijkingenbeheer maken deel uit van je takenpakket.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de ontwerpmanager en projectleider uitvoering. Je rapporteert aan de deelgebiedsmanager.
**Qualifications**
- Industrieel of Burgerlijk Ingenieur bouwkunde met mínimaal 5 jaar ervaring
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands. Engels is een sterke troef, maar geen must;
- Geboren organisator en je functioneert perfect in teamverband;
- Sterke aanleg voor management, onderhandeling, communicatie, delegatie en prioritering;
- Beschikt over innovatief vermogen en is oplossingsgericht;
- Draagt actief bij aan de samenwerking en het gemeenschappelijke doel.
