Support Specialist

In our Support team, you are responsible for the follow up and resolving of support cases for the domain of planning (IBP/S&OP, MPS, detailed scheduling) and production (shop floor control) logged via the Puratos support portal. You are an expert in your domain from a functional and technical point of view. Within your area of responsibilities you report to the Group ICT Applications Support Manager.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- You follow up and resolve support cases for production and planning solutions (SAP IBP/APO, Odoo,) in Puratos subsidiaries globally
- You ensure reaching of SLA for the specific domain, in close collaboration with the SAP outsourcing partner
- You perform business (process) analysis and translate business requirements into workable SAP solutions and/or functional design for specific projects and changes, including development
- You develop and execute functional (integration) test scripts
- You train key-users and provide/manage key-user functional documentation (processes, how-to documentation,)
- You work self-directed and independently
**Who are we looking for?**
- You have knowledge of SAP IBP (or experience in SAP APO DP/SNP) and in depth knowledge of SAP PP/PI and APO PP/DS
- Integration knowledge (Hana cloud integration) and practical experience in SAP S/4 Hana migrations is an asset.
- You have strong Analytic skills for problem solving
- You are open and able to work in an international environment and a team split across the world
- You show flexibility and stress resistance, you work well organized and good time management skills.
- You have strong written and oral communication skills in English is a must. Additional language knowledge is a good asset
- Willingness to travel: 10%
