**Position overview**

Edwards Lifesciences is looking for a Senior Customer Relations Specialist. The purpose of this role is to build excellent partnership with our customers and various internal stakeholders within Benelux. Office is located in Dilbeek. We offer a permanent contract.

**Key responsibilities**

Order Management
- Responsible for order management during the whole process of order life cycle, validation of the orders, supervising and monitoring of the order process
- Based on customer request checking the availability of the inventory
- Regular follow up with the customer
- Backorder reporting
- Processing the orders of consignment stock (back up)
- Credit order management - in cooperation with Bids and Tenders ensuring correctness and reliability of price information in the system - price revision, adjustments
- Ship to creation and maintenance in address book
- Participation international regional projects aiming to improve the quality of service and effectiveness of customer service department, coop with data governance

Complaint management
- Managing customers' complaints and handling related documentation
- Additional office duties such as archiving and categorizing relevant documents

Other
- May potentially act as a part of super-user network for JDE and SFDC
- Proactively developing ideas for improvement and leading related change projects
- May generate basic reports in reporting tools (e.g. Qlikview)
- May potentially act as a back-up for bids and tenders

**Description du profil
**Education and skills**
- Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience in Customer Service required experience in Supply Chain or Logistics is an advantage
- English, Dutch and French is a must
- Experience in MedTech or Pharma or any other related field is a plus
- Proven expertise including usage of MS Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stress resistance
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, ability to prioritize and work independently
- Excellent customer service skills with ability to negotiate and resolve difficult situations
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to influence and achieve objectives
