Pour notre partenaire spécialisé dans le traitement de l'eau, nous recherchons un customer service support néerlandophone bilingue (h/f/x).
Pour son site de Ghislenghien, en tant que customer service support (h/f/x), vous serez en permanence en contact avec les clients privés et professionnels néerlandophones. Vous traiterez les demandes par mail et par téléphone.
En tant que customer service support (h/f/x), vous travaillerez de manière autonome et traiterez vos dossiers de A à Z.
Vous aurez aussi comme tâches:
- la planification des interventions à la demande des clients;
- la mise à jour des contrats commerciaux;
- le suivi de la facturation;
- le suivi du service après-vente;
- la résolution de certains problèmes techniques;
- etc.
Vous êtes dynamique, orienté satisfaction clients et résultats?
Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe et vous êtes multitâches?
Vous êtes très structuré et organisé?
**Profil**
Vous disposez idéalement d'un niveau bachelier.
Vous pouvez valoriser une expérience en tant que customer service support (h/f/x).
Vous êtes parfait bilingue: néerlandophone, vous êtes bilingue en français. Vous travaillerez principalement avec des interlocuteurs néerlandophones. Une bonne connaissance du français est requise pour collaborer avec vos collègues et prendre le relais de vos collègues francophones durant leurs congés. Vous maîtrisez les 2 langues à l'oral et à l'écrit.
Vous êtes dynamique, proactif et très organisé.
La connaissance de SAP sera un atout.
