Mission
As a Planning & Scheduling Officer you will:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project and other methodology.
- Implement effective progress measurement techniques and methods.
- Generate three-week and three-month look-ahead schedules.
- Regularly update and analyze the Projects’ Master Schedule, adjusting plans as necessary.
- Prepare accurate progress reports, documenting scope changes and variances.
- Assist sales teams in defining preliminary time schedules.
- Monitor construction site progress and integrate data into the Project Master Schedule.
- Analyze progress performances, attend meetings, and ensure consistent project reporting.
Profile
- You have 5 to 10 years of experience in industrial Project Management or Construction Site planning.
- Proficiency in Project Scheduling software, especially MS Project (mandatory) and Primavera P6 (preferred). Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data visualization and familiarity with Power BI.
- Comprehensive understanding of Project Scope of Work.
- You speak French (mandatory) and English fluently
