**Wie zijn wij?**

Fortior is een projectontwikkelaar die sinds 1975 actief is. We zijn gespecialiseerd in de bouw én exploitatie van hotels en publieke parkings. Ook ontwikkelen we tweede verblijven en sociaal vastgoed. We zijn actief zowel in België als Noord-Frankrijk en mochten reeds vele duizenden investeerders aan ons klantenbestand toevoegen. Met onze 75 medewerkers geven wij dag in dag uit het beste van onszelf om zowel onze dienstverlening als kwaliteit van onze projecten te blijven garanderen.

**Wat houdt de job in?**

Als Sales Director ben je verantwoordelijk voor de commercialisering van investeringsvastgoed. Dit doe je door:

- Samen met de recruitment manager proactief te zoeken naar talent
- Zorgen voor de juiste training voor jouw mensen
- Voordoen van commerciële gesprekken
- Organiseren van fieldcoaching, teammeetings en one-to-one’s die zinvol zijn van jouw mensen
- Opmaken en uitvoeren van jouw commercieel plan, bijhouden, analyseren en reageren op de vastgestelde ratio’s en KPI’s
- Samenwerken met de marketingafdeling om zo bij de juiste prospects te geraken
- Doorgeven van alle fieldervaringen aan marketing, ontwikkeling, klantendienst, directie,

**Wat verwachten wij van een kandidaat?**

Om deze job succesvol te kunnen doen, bezit je volgende eigenschappen:

- Je kan verkopen in een B2C omgeving, jouw eerdere resultaten bewezen dat, maar blijft openstaan voor opleiding hierin
- Je bent een bezieler van een team en geniet ervan iemand tot op topniveau te brengen
- Je hebt ervaring met management, je kan de lat hoog leggen, maar weet tegelijk wat situationeel leiderschap is
- Je begrijpt als geen ander hoe het beslissingsproces van particuliere kopers in elkaar zit en kan dit overbrengen naar jouw mensen
- Je leeft voor jouw professionele uitdaging en jouw mensen
- Je kan cijfers verzamelen en analyseren en hieruit jouw eigen actieplan bepalen
- Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in B2C verkoop, en aansturen van verkopers
