Als Director of Sales & Marketing zal je:
- Ondersteuning bij het opstellen van het verkoop
- en marketingplan.
- Voortdurend afstemmen en bedenken van strategieën en tactieken om het bedrijf te ontwikkelen en te laten groeien en ondersteunen van inkomstenmaximalisatie en accountwinstgevendheid.
- Deelnemen aan en bijdragen aan de commerciële grondbeginselen van Aimbridge.
- Verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor het aansturen en uitvoeren van de overeengekomen strategieën in overeenstemming met het verkoop
- en marketingplan.
- Opzetten, opbouwen en beheren van relaties met de Key Account Directors / Managers van het merk om de inkomsten uit belangrijke nationale accounts te maximaliseren.
- Actief zoeken / identificeren, veiligstellen en contracteren van nieuwe en terugkerende business voor alle gebieden van het bedrijf, in alle relevante marktsegmenten, in het bijzonder de algemene transiënte markt, met name de zakelijke transiënte markten en vergaderingen & evenementen.
- Volledig vertrouwd raken met alle verkoopinitiatieven en -tools van het merk en deze in het Sales & Marketingplan opnemen om de voordelen voor het hotel te maximaliseren.
- Identificeren en beveiligen van geschikte groepen, touroperators en groothandel door samen te werken met de Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA Partnership Director en het Revenue-team om de inkomsten te verhogen.
- Ervoor zorgen dat de verkoopstructuren in de hotels in de portefeuille passend zijn en dat de middelen aanwezig zijn. De hotel General Managers ondersteunen bij de werving, introductie en training van de leden van het verkoopteam in uw hotels.
- Effectief leiden, managen, trainen, coachen en ontwikkelen van het verkoopteam, zorgen voor een constant hoog niveau van motivatie en prestaties.
- Ontwikkelen en coachen van het verkoopteam om ervoor te zorgen dat zij de beste resultaten behalen.
- Ontwikkelen van sterke werkrelaties met de belangrijkste verkoop
- en marketingteams van het merk en ervoor zorgen dat uw hotels maximale exposure krijgen en profiteren van door het merk beheerde accounts en verkoop
- en marketingprogramma's en -initiatieven.
- Ervoor zorgen dat de hotels zich houden aan de merknormen en marketingrichtlijnen.
- Evalueren van de ROI voor alle verkoopuitgaven.
- Voorbereiden en voltooien van andere rapporten en presentaties zoals vereist.
- Bij elke gelegenheid 'cross sell' van alle Aimbridge eigendommen.
**Profil**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel en Restaurant Management, of gerelateerde major ervaring in de verkoop en marketing of gerelateerd professioneel gebied.
- Ervaring in een positie binnen een cluster of multi-property
- Meertalige vaardigheden met ten minste beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels is vereist, beheersing van het Frans heeft de voorkeur.
- Meerdere jaren ervaring in een senior sales rol waarbij je leiding hebt gegeven aan sales collega('s)
- Bij voorkeur een zakelijk netwerk binnen de regio Gent
