Onze klant is een innovatieve productieonderneming gelegen in Oost-Vlaanderen. Ter versterking van het team is men op zoek naar een:
**Sales Director BU**
**Functie**
- Verantwoordelijk voor het proactieve salesproces en het leiden van een team van 5 direct en 25 indirect reports.
- Versterken bestaande klantenrelaties en uitvoeren analyses om trends te identificeren, en proactief aanpassingen aan te brengen.
- Sparring partner voor de Sales Managers met het oog op het coachen van de verschillende teams.
- Bewaken algehele salesactiviteiten en streeft ernaar om het team naar een hoger prestatieniveau te tillen.
- Identificeren van nieuwe en zakelijke klantrelaties en implementeren nieuwe ontwikkelingen en innovatieve strategieën.
- Opbouwen samenwerking tussen de afdelingen zodat gegevens omgevormd kunnen worden naar waardevolle marketinginzichten.
- Herkennen trends die kunnen worden gebruikt om doelgerichte marketingcampagnes te ontwikkelen.
- Opstellen en beheren van het salesbudget, hierbij zorg je voor optimale resource-allocatie en kostenbeheersing.
- Rapportage op regelmatige basis aan de General Manager BU en andere stakeholders.
**Profiel**
- Gedegen en relevante ervaring in een commerciële en leidinggevende functie.
- Strategisch denker met een bewezen track record in het stimuleren van groei.
- Krachtige motivator die gedreven wordt door het behalen van ambitieuze doelen en het opbouwen van duurzame relaties.
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden om verkoop
- en marktgegevens te interpreteren en te vertalen naar strategische beslissingen.
- Ervaring in het leiden van veranderingsinitiatieven binnen een sales omgeving
- Instaat om teamleden mee te nemen in verandering en aan te passen aan evoluerende marktomstandigheden.
- Bereid om te reizen binnen Europa om persoonlijke relaties op te bouwen met stakeholders.
- Hands-on mentaliteit en bent bereid om actief betrokken te zijn bij zowel strategische initiatieven als dagelijkse operationele aspecten;
- Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden en spreekt vlot Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
