En tant que membre essentiel de notre équipe, vous définissez et développez la stratégie du département tout en coordonnant sa mise en œuvre avec le soutien de nos équipes Sales, Operations en QA/QC.

Une grande partie de notre production de coudes est vendue en dehors de la Belgique : ce poste est localisé à Grimbergen, et vous voyagez régulièrement à l’étranger.

**Et concrètement ?**
- comprendre les besoins et évolutions du marché et anticiper celles-ci
- maintenir le contact avec les clients et maintenir de bonnes relations avec les clients clés
- gestion des les ressources humaines, matérielles et techniques du département, recherche de leur optimisation, développer les connaissances et l’expertise, et maintien des capacités techniques au niveau de la demande du marché
- apporter un support à votre équipe avec empathie en tant que leader qui motive et stimule la productivité
- avec le soutien de notre organisation Health & Safety, développer et maintenir une culture de sécurité solide à tous les niveaux de votre organisation
- rendre compte au Division Manager et entretenir des contacts réguliers au niveau de la direction exécutive

**Sommes-nous un « match » ?**
- vous avez un diplôme de master technique avec plus de 10 ans d’expérience pertinente en technique, gestion de projets et gestion de centre de profit
- vous avez de préférence une expérience technique pertinente dans le domaine de la métallurgie
- vous avez de l’expérience en vente et en négociation
- votre connaissance des marchés du pétrole et gaz, de la pétrochimie ou du nucléaire sera considérée comme un avantage
- vous êtes un manager capable de convaincre et de mobiliser vos équipes
- vous êtes orienté résultats
- vous parlez couramment le néerlandais ou le français et avez une bonne connaissance de l’autre langue. Vous parlez également couramment l’anglais
