**De job in een notendop**
Als Head of Financial Risk Management ben je lid van het managementcomité. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de performantie van het bedrijf op vlak van risk-indicatoren zoals cost-of-risk, fraude, portfolio-limieten etc, voor recovery & asset management, voor portfolio monitoring, voor financial risk policy en voor alignering & synergie met de groep op vlak van risk management.
Je leidt, coacht en inspireert een team van ongeveer 6 personen met oog op de ontwikkeling tot een gemotiveerd experten team en ter optimalisering van de risk-performantie van het bedrijf.
Je ontwikkelt een dynamisch en diepgaand inzicht in de drivers, methodes en beheersing van financial risk. Je werkt hiertoe nauw samen met de teams binnen Belfius Bank en je neemt deel aan externe workshops en netwerken.
Je bent verantwoordelijk maar ook nauw betrokken bij de kernactiviteiten van:
- Portfolio monitoring zoekend naar vroege indicaties voor default, fraude of concentratierisico’s.
- Asset-recovery & litigation.
- Asset valuation expertise en optimisatie van de netto-risico positie.
- Beheer van de regelgevende verplichtingen.
- Optimalisatie en monitoring van de financial risk policies.
Je informeert het managementcomité, de raad van bestuur en diverse teams binnen Belfius Bank over de performantie en initiatieven binnen het financial risk domein.
Je bepaalt mee de jaarlijkse en strategische plannen en je bent betrokken bij innovatie
- & procesprojecten met impact of ter versterking van het domein.
**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**
Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan indien je voldoet aan de volgende voorwaarden:
- Je beschikt over een master in Rechten, handelswetenschappen, economie, statistiek,of gelijkwaardig op basis van ervaring.
- Je hebt je qua ervaring reeds bewezen in het beheer van kredietrisico's en beschikt over een gedegen markt
- en sectorkennis.
- Je hebt reeds ervaring op relevante aspecten van de functie en je bent bereid om bijkomende aspecten aan te leren. Ervaring in contentieux, underwriting, capital management, legal affairs en asset-expertise zijn vereist.
- Je bent vlot tweetalig Nederlands/Frans.
- Je bent een expert in Exel, SQL en/of andere reportingtools
- Je hebt reeds ervaring in het leiden van een team
- Je bent een teamplayer en werkt ook graag zelfstandig.
- Je kan samenwerken met interne en externe stakeholders.
- Je bent ondernemend, houdt van atypische opportuniteiten en brengt out-of-the-box ideeën.
- Je werkt gestructureerd en gedocumenteerd. Je bezit goede communicatievaardigheden, mondeling en geschreven.
- Je hebt strategisch inzicht en kan een lange termijnvisie implementeren of zelfs opbouwen.
- Je bent doordrongen van de Belfius LOVE-cultuur en ons streven om ‘meaningful & inspiring’ te zijn.
