Belfius Lease Service is een gespecialiseerd filiaal van Belfius Bank, met een 100-tal collega’s en is actief in equipment-, onroerende en vendor leasing. We financieren onder meer wagens, vrachtwagens, utilitaire voertuigen & uitrusting, productie
- & energie-installaties, laad
- en batterij-infrastructuur, IT-materiaal, gebouwen en diverse special assets.

**De job in een notendop**

Als Financial Risk & Portfolio Expert werk je binnen het Financial Risk team samen met een 6-tal collega’s, en je rapporteert aan de Head of Financial Risk Management die lid is van het management comité. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een systematische en dynamische screening van de portfolio om op proactieve wijze concentratie-, default
- of frauderisico’s te identificeren. Daarnaast ben je betrokken bij de opmaak & monitoring van credit policy en de regelgevende agenda.
Je ontwikkelt een dynamisch en diepgaand inzicht in de drivers, methodes en beheersing van portfolio risk. Je werkt hiertoe nauw samen met de teams binnen Belfius Bank, ook om deze nieuwe activiteit mede vorm te geven.
Je gebruikt bestaande tools en modellen, maar je bent eveneens betrokken bij de ontwikkeling van nieuwe technieken.
Je bent deels verantwoordelijk voor correcte en tijdelijke rapportering in kader van RAF, Lines-of-defence en portfolio. Je informeert het managementcomité, de raad van bestuur en diverse teams binnen Belfius Bank.
Je zet je ervaring in om credit policy te optimaliseren, in functie van bevindingen uit het portfolio-monitoring, observaties uit pre-contentieux, feedback van de collega-analisten of ter alignering met Belfius Bank.
Je oefent een echte en impactvolle expert-functie uit en je zal gevraagd worden daarover te communiceren.

**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**

Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan indien je voldoet aan de volgende voorwaarden:

- Je beschikt over een master diploma Handelswetenschappen, TEW, Handelsingenieur, Statistiek... of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt een praktische kennis van het beheer van kredietrisico’s en beschikt over een gedegen markt
- en sectorkennis.
- Ervaring in relevante aspecten (contentieux, underwriting, credit policy en met fraude
- & default modellen ) van de functie is een troef. Je bent bereid om bijkomende aspecten aan te leren.
- Je bent Nederlands
- of Franstalig en je beheerst de andere landstaal minstens passief.
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis Excel en/of andere rapporteringstools.
- Je werkt analytisch, gestructureerd en gedocumenteerd. Je bezit goede rapporteringsvaardigheden.
- Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden waarmee je technische informatie op een duidelijke en constructieve manier kan overbrengen aan verschillende partijen zoals het directiecomité, de verschillende risk functies binnen de bank, alsook naar het Sales departement van Belfius Lease.
- Je bent zelfstandig en werkt graag autonoom, maar je kan ook effectief samenwerken binnen het bedrijf.
- Je bent accuraat, analytisch, stressbestendig en kan werken onder tijdsdruk en met strikte deadlines.
- Je bent doordrongen van de Belfius LOVE-cultuur en ons streven om ‘meaningful & inspiring’ te zijn.
