We are looking for someone who is passionate about consumers and qualitative research, across a range of client accounts & especially for international FMCG brands.

As a Research Consultant you are responsible for supporting and managing Qualitative research projects end-to-end, from proposal development to final report delivery. This role involves running projects fully independently on most modules and tasks, so that they are delivered within budget, managing gross margin & profitability. When being involved in more complex projects you will be coached and guided by more Senior team members to meet client needs and drive business growth.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Helping to design innovative, winning proposals & pitch in response to both standard and complex, challenging briefs
- Effectively deploys relevant Ipsos products to address client needs.
- Managing the writing and setting up of qualitative discussion guides & pop-up community discussion flow
- Follow up with moderation & fieldwork phases
- Independently in the lead of standard projects, creating presentations and reports focused on insights weaving stories from data, providing clear & actionable recommendations.
- Can produce multi-dimensional analysis and generates insights.
- Delivering end to end qual research from set-up, design and moderation of projects withing the set time through prioritization and focus
- Presenting your reports with impact, including in the presence of senior management.
- Engaging with clients in high-level discussions on study outcomes and business implications. Identifying (new) opportunities and contributing to the success of Ipsos IUU

WHAT DO YOU BRING WITH YOU?
- Prior **qualitative research experience **is essential with a good knowledge of the industry, including commercial understanding
- Thorough knowledge of principle ad hoc research techniques, including traditional & digital qual methodologies
- The ability to work creatively and think commercially
- Demonstrating independent thinking while collaborating closely with senior
- Good storytelling skills are essential, as well as a working style that is flexible, innovative and analytical
- Strong project management abilities
- A quick learner who enjoys breaking down complex topics and briefs into a tangible, actionable research approach
- A first client-facing experience and the ability to act as client liaison
- Good project management, planning skills, good at multi-tasking Proficient in English
