**Company**:
This hotel group manages several hotels in Belgium and abroad and is looking for a Cluster Revenue Manager for the Belgian hotels.
The Management Group unites several international hotel brands and each hotel has its own style, image and clientele.
The company culture is characterised by an open atmosphere and teamwork. The company is ambitious and expansion of the hotel portfolio in the Benelux is definitely on the wish list.
**Duties**:
In this role, you will be responsible for strategic Revenue Management within the hotel group. Your main goal is to maximise turnover, market share and profit through smart revenue management. You are constantly looking for the right balance to achieve optimal occupancy and pricing.
You mainly work from the Antwerp office, but are in daily contact with the local hotel teams (GM, sales, reservations,...) to get input or give advice.
The main tasks you will be involved in on a daily basis are:
- analysis of data using revenue management systems
- preparation of forecasts, daily optimisation of prices and availabilities
- assisting the hotels in drawing up an optimal segmentation and use of distribution channels
- analysing market trends and advising on improving competitiveness
- providing input and support in the preparation of budgets
- organising internal training plans focused on revenue management
- you play a crucial role in the monthly business meeting, where figures, results and forecasts are discussed
**Profile**:
Furthermore, you have the following knowledge and skills:
- Communicative, a real team player and able to convey the importance of revenue management internally
- It goes without saying that you have strong numerical insight and an eye for detail
- Digital skills, a good knowledge of MS Office, Excel in particular, as well as knowledge of PMS and revenue management systems
- Knowledge of the various distribution channels
- You are organised, proactive and know how to set priorities
You speak Dutch and English, a word of French is always useful
