Onze klant is een van de voornaamste projectontwikkelaars in Europa. Ter versterking van hun team zijn zij momenteel op zoek naar een (m/v) voor de vacature van **Construction Manager**:
- Functie_
- Als Construction Manager sta je in voor **de planning, het budget, de organisatie en de communicatie van zowel residentiële als utiliteitsprojecten in uitvoering.**:
- Je verzekert een kwaliteitsvolle, veilige en tijdige oplevering van elk project en draagt zo bij aan de te realiseren organisatiedoelstellingen.
- Concreet ben **je verantwoordelijk voor de opmaak van een realistische projectplanning,** in functie van de vooropgestelde deadline. Uiteraard stuur je bij naargelang jouw inschatting.
- Je onderhoudt het **contact met onderaannemers en volgt de bouwwerven op.**:
- Bovendien sta je in voor het naleven van bedrijfsdoelstellingen op gebied van veiligheid, gezondheid, milieu en kwaliteit op de werven.
- Profiel_
- Je bent Burgerlijk of Industrieel Ingenieur Bouwkunde en genoot reeds enkele jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
- Daarnaast ben je **een ondernemer, een problem solver en een sterke communicator.**:
- Door jouw people skills zorg je voor **een vlotte samenwerking met alle betrokken partijen.**:
- Bovendien ben je **gepassioneerd door projectontwikkeling **en blijf je op de hoogte van alle vaktechnische ontwikkelingen.
- Daarnaast ben je een betrokken teamspeler met **uitgesproken focus op rendabiliteit en doelgerichtheid.**:
- Ten slotte communiceer je vlot in het Nederlands en het Engels. Je hebt enige kennis van het Frans.
