**JOUW STAGEPLAATS**:
De stage gaat door bij het Asset Reliability Solutions & Services Team van de centrale werkplaats. Hierin staan een 15-tal personen garant voor zowel offline als online condition monitoring van zowel standaard als heavy duty rotating equipment van de ganse BASF-site. Hiervoor worden allerhande meetmethodes toegepast zoals oa. trillingsmetingen, ultrasoonmetingen, thermografie, tribologie en data-analytics.
Wij bieden een allround stage in een dynamisch team, waarbij je in aanraking komt met de verschillende aspecten van conditiebewaking. Daarbij krijg je de kans om zelfstandig opdrachten uit te voeren onder begeleiding van ervaren medewerkers.
**JOUW UITDAGING**:
We leveren echt maatwerk op assetniveau en werken de meest geschikte monitoring oplossing uit als betrouwbare partner van plant operations, waarmee met zekerheid een snelle return of invest wordt gecreëerd en de betrouwbaarheid van de installatie naar een zo hoog mogelijk niveau wordt gelift.
Sinds de laatste jaren trachten we ook meer en meer op zoek te gaan naar monitoring oplossingen voor static equipment. Een voorbeeld hiervan is monitoring op belangrijke regelventielen, afsluiters, veiligheidskleppen en condensomaten.
Waar we bij rotating equipment al heel veel inzetten op toestandsafhankelijk onderhoud, is dit bij valven in hoofdzaak nog een tijdsgebonden, preventieve aangelegenheid. Praktijk leert ons dat dit vaak veel onnodige revisies met zich meebrengt. Verder vermijden we hiermee mogelijk ook onnodig productie -en kwaliteitsverlies of verlagen we onze ecologische voetafdruk door allerhande energieverliezen sterk te reduceren.
Jouw opdracht bestaat erin om enerzijds een marktstudie te doen over de beschikbare offline -en onlinemethoden. Hierbij dient oa. gekeken te worden naar de haalbaarheid, technische specificaties en het kosten-batenverhaal voor BASF. Verder dienen er ook on-site enkele pilots opgezet te worden met de grootste kanshebbers uit deze studie. Hierin ben je vrij om bestaande systemen op de markt te gebruiken of zelf bestaande technologie te combineren met eigen uitgewerkte dataverwerking. Je zal hierbij ongetwijfeld je creativiteit ten volle kunnen benutten. Jouw werk zal mede de basis vormen over de toekomstvisie rond valve monitoring voor gans de BASF-groep.
