Je kent de wereld van Motors, Gears, Drives & Pumps (MGDP) door en door. Je combineert technische kennis vlotjes met commerciële voeling en je denkt daarenboven heel sterk in oplossingen: je weet niet alleen de noden van klanten en de markt te detecteren, maar ook welke oplossingen je tegenover de gestelde uitdagingen moet zetten. Je houdt van een stevige uitdaging; van (soms) complexe technische projecten en mooie staaltjes engineering. Je brengt net zo graag een namiddag door in een atelier, als in een vergaderzaal en je houdt ervan om over technische vraagstukken te sparren met je team. Jij? Dan ben je de Equipment Performance Solutions Manager die we zoeken.
**Waaruit bestaat je job?**
Als Equipment Performance Solutions Manager denk je in oplossingen. Oplossingen op vlak van Condition Monitoring, Expertise & Engineering Projecten en onsite werkzaamheden. Je kunt al van een afstand voélen welk probleem een klant heeft en dankzij je commerciële aanpak weet je ook maar al te goed hoe je in dialoog moet gaan om dat ook in kaart te brengen. Afhankelijk van waar het schoentje wringt, schakel je met de juiste collega’s en aanpak om de klant te helpen. Daarvoor kruip je zelf met plezier al eens mee achter de tekentafel of werkbank in het atelier. Zo hou je de vinger aan de pols bij de collega’s die samen met jou het project voor de klant uitwerken en tegelijk hou je ook je klant in de loop over voortgang en updates.
Dankzij jouw proactieve aanpak en zin voor initiatief, schrik je er niet voor terug om de lead te nemen in nieuwe projecten en je collega’s te coachen en ondersteunen in het realiseren van hun gestelde doelen.
Je rapporteert aan de Director Rotating Equipment Performance Management.
**Wat jij allemaal gaat doen**
- De Equipment Performance Solutions Manager geeft ondersteuning aan de invulling van het (lange termijn) strategisch businessplan EPO voor de realisatie van (nationale) projecten. En dit zowel voor Engineering & Expertise projecten, Motor Management, CoMo business alsook de aansturing van de on-site werkzaamheden.
- Je gaat in dialoog met de klant, valideert zijn noden, werkt een voorstel uit dat aansluit bij die noden en definieert in overleg met de bevoegde sales de verkoopprijs. Je blijft van begin tot eind verantwoordelijk voor de vlotte afhandeling van de aanpak bij de klant.
- Je neemt een proactieve salesrol op in de realisatie en de uitbouw van de business EPO. Je neemt de lead in onderhandelingen met klanten in het kader van (nationale) projecten met impact op het zakencijfer.
- Je neemt een actieve rol op in het Strategisch Comité Motion Control meetings en biedt directe ondersteuning in de uitbouw van de business op het gebied van nieuwe producten/diensten die ontwikkeld en geïmplementeerd moeten worden.
- Je ondersteunt proactief bij het uitdragen van nieuwe producten en diensten doorheen de ganse sales organisatie. En bewaakt hierbij de afgesproken sales en facturatie flow.
**Wat breng je mee?**
- Je hebt een technische achtergrond - ervaring en/of bachelor of master (Industriële Wetenschappen, Electromechanica, Ingenieurswetenschappen, Electromechanical Engineering, Control Engineering, Onderhoudstechnologie, ) en je houdt je technische kennis op peil door regelmatige bijscholing.
- Je hebt een passie voor Condition Based Maintenance.
- Je beschikt over een relevante ervaring in sales en/of business management wat betreft Condition Monitoring.
- Je hebt al een stevige portie ervaring in project management.

- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, met het vermogen om interne en externe stakeholders te managen.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Frans.
