As QC Equipment Supervisor, you are responsible for the operations and controls required to fine-tune and validate the conformity of the equipment produced by the company. You also monitor non-quality. Your work is based on technical requirements and needs in terms of deadlines, quantities and safety, in compliance with applicable standards.**Responsibilities**:
- You supervise the development and quality control processes for the equipment produced, ensuring performance in terms of quality, lead time, cost and safety.
- You are responsible for organizing the work of your team, allocating tasks and coordinating actions.
- You federate all teams around strategy and objectives. You maintain a positive working climate and provide ongoing feedback to employees.
- You participate in the monitoring and implementation of KPIs and set up investigative and analytical actions.
- You ensure smooth and efficient communication with other teams.
- You ensure the optimization of flows (field, storage, procedures, ERP, investment/tooling requirements, etc.).
- You ensure compliance with established safety rules and ensure their evolution/improvement.
- You ensure compliance with the documentary and recording stages of FAT operations (inspection reports, ERP data).
- You participate in the implementation and industrialization of quality control methods and procedures.
- You ensure the first level of operational excellence.
Profile
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electromechanics or equivalent through experience.
- You have experience in quality control of equipment in an industrial environment.
- You have excellent management and interpersonal skills.
- You have initiative and decision-making skills.
- You are field-oriented, a team player and solution-oriented.
- You have a good command of technical English.
- You have excellent communication skills.
