Spreekt dit je aan? Word deel van ons finance team als **Controller**. Deze functie is perfect voor iemand die nauwkeurig is en zijn/haar analytische, budgettaire en planning vaardigheden wil inzetten in een stimulerende omgeving.
**Functie**:
Als **Controller** ben je het aanspreekpunt binnen de organisatie voor alle vragen over cijfers en werk je nauw samen met andere afdelingen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het produceren van accurate en tijdige rapporten en het optimaliseren van financiële en administratieve processen. Je biedt financiële ondersteuning en stelt budgetten op voor onze verschillende afdelingen. Je voert analyses uit en genereert inzichten om de dagelijkse activiteiten en besluitvorming van het bedrijf te ondersteunen.
**Je belangrijkste taken zijn**:
- **Deelnemen aan en/of uitvoeren van de maandelijkse financiële afsluiting** op een correcte en tijdige manier.
- **Analyseren** en presenteren van **maandelijkse, kwartaal
- en jaarrapporten**.
- **Opstellen en opvolgen** van budgetten, prognoses en/of realisaties, in nauwe samenwerking met de commerciële teams/budgetverantwoordelijken.
- **Maandelijks opvolgen** van de gemiddelde betalingstermijn (DPM) en van de kasstroomoverzicht.
- Verbeteren van de operationele efficiëntie door **het optimaliseren van financiële processen**, zoals facturatie, debiteurenbeheer en financiële rapportage.
- **Identificeren van potentiële kansen en risico's** en alle belanghebbenden hierover adviseren.
- Actief deelnemen aan d**iverse projecten en verbeterinitiatieven.**:
- **Leveren van informatie en advies** aan budgetverantwoordelijken en verschillende afdelingshoofden om strategische beslissingen te ondersteunen.
- **Ondersteunen/deelnemen** aan strategische projecten van de financiële afdeling of de organisatie en de financiële afdeling daarin vertegenwoordigen.
**Profiel**:
- Je hebt een **masterdiploma in economie/financiën.**:
- Je hebt **3-5 jaar ervaring** in controlling, economie of een verwante discipline.
- Je spreekt **Nederlands** en **Engels**.
- Je hebt uitstekende **analytische vaardigheden** en een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen.
- Je beheerst **Microsoft Excel** uitstekend en hebt ervaring met financiële software of **ERP**-systemen. Kennis van **PowerBi** en **Power Query** is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt een **pragmatische aanpak**, een ondernemersgeest en een gevoel voor de essentie.
- Je bent een **goede communicator** en werkt graag in teamverband.
- Je hebt ervaring met **projectmanagement**.
- Je bent **proactief**, nauwkeurig en voelt je thuis in een omgeving met nieuwe technologieën (Microsoft 365; SAP;...).
