**Wat is de uitdaging?**
- Als Implementation Expert ben je verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie van innovatieve projecten in de organisatie,
- Je staat aan de wieg van concrete business opportuniteiten en wil ze uitwerken tot nieuwe schaalbare producten en diensten, projectmanagement is dus een pluspunt,
- Je voert analyses uit en stelt business cases op met de business
- Je inventariseert de Stakeholders en organiseert de verdeling van de taken voor de ontwikkeling van een idee. Je activeert de interne communicatie en opleiding.
- Je past de bedrijfsprocessen aan, implementeert de nieuwe dienst en volgt de lancering op.
- Als lid van de innovatie cel zal je nauw samenwerken met de verschillende afdelingen en entiteiten van Partena Professional.
- Je interne en externe netwerk is cruciaal om de ideeën te concretisering in MVP en werkende producten met een eerste adoptiegraad bij de klanten van Partena Professional
- Je houdt toezicht op bestaande producten en diensten om deze te verbeteren in lijn met de marktontwikkelingen.
**Wie ben je?**
- Je hebt een bachelordiploma en ten minste 2 jaar beroepservaring in een business process of een gelijkgestelde ervaring, waardoor je een duidelijk zicht hebt gekregen op de belangrijkste hefbomen in de business,
- Je bent gepassioneerd door HR-sector en digitale communicatie,
- Je hebt een gave voor organisatie en planning, en bent overtuigend en assertief genoeg om de organisatie te challengen op het vlak van deadlines en deliverables,
- Je bent nieuwsgierig, creatief, ondernemend en denkt out of the box, terwijl je toch streng, pragmatisch en resultaatgericht blijft,
- Je hebt een analytische geest en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden,
- Je bent een actieve luisteraar, je netwerkt gemakkelijk,
- Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
