La mission du/de la Life Performance Senior Manager est de veiller à ce que toutes les dimensions business qui impactent le Plan Financier soient correctement traduites en objectifs mesurables, mis en œuvre, monitorés et consolidés sous un chapeau unique afin de s’assurer de la bonne exécution du Plan Financier.
Pour cela, le/la Life Performance Senior Manager agit en tant que facilitateur.rice au sein du département Finance (dans la direction Plan Stratégique & Contrôle de gestion) vis-à-vis des autres directions de l’entreprise, et construit les ponts nécessaires entre les hypothèses sous-jacentes au Plan Financier et les leviers Business, de sorte que ces deux univers se comprennent et s’influencent positivement. Le/la Life Performance Senior Manager suit et analyse les résultats en cours d’année, et participe à l’élaboration des mesures correctrices lorsque nécessaire.
En tant qu’expert.e en contrôle de gestion, il/elle assume la responsabilité de l’exécution et de l’interprétation des analyses et des résultats de contrôles financiers et du processus budgétaire; de les challenger en interne et en externe, d'émettre des recommandations et de contribuer à l'implémentation de la stratégie de la Direction.
Le/la Life Performance Senior Manager agit en étroite collaboration avec les départements suivants (non-exhaustif):
- Finance:
- Intervenir dans les analyses financières complexes de données actuelles ou prévisionnelles et valider la complétude et l'exactitude afin de garantir la pertinence des résultats.
- Piloter le processus budgétaire et de contrôle financier afin de disposer d'une vision claire des données financières et afin de les suivre, de les challenger en interne et en externe et d'émettre des recommandations sur base d’indicateurs business et de la réalité du terrain/marché.
- Coacher et développer les collaborateurs de la direction financière afin d’accroître leur expertise et d’améliorer ainsi le professionnalisme des équipes. Quand il y a lieu, former les collaborateurs des autres directions afin qu’ils acquièrent les connaissances financières utiles à leur fonction
- Participer à la réalisation de projets stratégiques afin d'atteindre des objectifs de rentabilité technique, de maîtrise des frais généraux et d'amélioration continue de la qualité de service.
- Dans son domaine de responsabilité, se positionner comme personne de référence et de contact vis à vis des autres entités et de la direction afin d'établir un climat de collaboration constructif.
- Life & Financial Risk Management : interlocuteur.rice privilégié.e pour le département Finance, veille à une bonne compréhension du Business des risques et limites à prendre en compte lors de la conception/évolution des prix et produits. Mesure des conséquences et impact sur la rentabilité, la réassurance, le risk appetite,
- Pricing & Product : s’assure que les évolutions de prix et produits sont en ligne avec les ambitions stratégiques définies de croissance et de rentabilité (Plan et/ou Risk Management).
- Distribution : veille à la consistance des objectifs de croissance des commerciaux et des coûts des leviers commerciaux (surcommissions, etc.) avec le Plan Financier.
- Marketing : veille à ce que les objectifs clients soient cohérents avec le Plan Financier et à ce que les évolutions digitales y soient intégrées.
- Groupe AXA : représente AXA Belgium au sein des groupes de travail Groupe ou European Market.
- Business Unit Life : soutient les différentes équipes de la BU par la réalisation des études financiers/stratégiques.
**Votre Profil**
- Minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire
- Connaissance approfondie de l’activité d’assurance vie
- Connaissance approfondie de la comptabilité statutaire, IFRS 4 et IFRS 17 ainsi que de la comptabilité analytique des assurances vie
- Connaissances en Risk Management et en Pricing vie
- Solides compétences analytiques, facilité à travailler avec des données chiffrées
- Excellent stakeholder management qui permet de stimuler l'efficacité des délivrables, de redéfinir les priorités si nécessaire et de communiquer de manière proactive et synthétique, mettant en évidence les liens de causalité
- Faisant preuve de bon sens, pragmatique et capable de traduire les concepts techniques en termes non techniques
- Naturellement curieux.se, avide d’apprendre et capable de prendre des initiatives
- Bonne capacité à travailler dans des délais serrés, et bonne résistance au stress
- Connaissance parfaite du français ou du néerlandais et de l’anglais, avec une connaissance active de la seconde langue nationale

- Sens aigu de la collaboration et grande capacité d’écoute
