Process & Performance Coordinator

As Process & Performance Coordinator at our client, you will be responsible for:
- Keeping the process library up to date and implementing a process quality review.
- Reviewing corporate and departmental performance (BSC/Balance Score Card, KPI/Key Performance Indicators, OKR/Objectives & Key Results).
- Budget preparation and control for the DBS department (IT budget).
You will be responsible for developing a vision for your functional scope and proposing an approach to operationalize it. You will also be involved in reporting, and will need to be able to develop key messages and prepare line management meetings with Senior Management.
In addition, you will provide support to your Team Manager in organizing team activities related to your functional scope.
Technische context
The mission is carried out in a Corporate context, but there is no particular technical environment to master, apart from the methodologies and tools linked to process management.
Business context
The DBS department provides a solid, agile and secure IT environment and tools contributing to the achievement of the client's mission and strategic objectives. The DBS strategy focuses on 4 main priority areas:
- Digitization and data: this involves strengthening our data services, as well as our interfaces with the business within the client. This also means investing in the digitalization of our activities and customer channels.
- Service orientation and user experience: the aim is to move towards a service-oriented organization and, ultimately, to enhance our users' satisfaction.
- Setting up a high-performance DBS organization, including continuous improvement and optimal budget management.
- Facilitating the energy transition and new market dynamics.
Within the DBS department, the CIO Office & Corporate PMO team provides a framework for managing the department's strategy, projects/portfolios and communication, IT contracts, IT finance and budget. The team also provides the framework
framework to manage IT performance by encouraging service and process orientation, measuring operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and managing the department's improvement plan.
