Reporting to the SVP ESG Analytics, you will drive the strategic management of ESG Analytics Quality Performance by leading a dynamic Quality Performance Management team - with 2 direct reports: QPM ESG Assessment and QPM Impact & Regulatory Screening. You will oversee the systematic adherence to Quality standards across all steps of the ESG Analytics production process in line with Quality Management System (QMS)’s requirements. Your duties include:
- Develop, maintain and continuously improve a centralized ESG Analytics’ Quality Management System meeting stakeholder’s expectation (i.e., external clients, MESG, MIS, MA, etc.), anticipating regulators demands as well and being scalable to accompany MESG’ ambitions in terms of production volume and efficiency
- Define quality targets and KPIs both per production line (i.e., accuracy rate) as well as per employee (i.e. quality score). Define and maintain needed process and tools to monitor progress and performance against these targets and define corrective actions when necessary
- Ensure coherent and robust complaints and erratum management both for ESG Assessment as well as Impact and Regulatory Screening
- Deliver decision-relevant management reporting to assess where further improvements to quality standards, training and documentation may be required
You thrive in a dynamic and complex environment, possessing a strong mix of data analysis, operations management, and people management skills to lead the ESG Senior managers community achieving their objective in terms of Quality Performance Management.
This is a high-profile leadership position which requires strong communication, innovative approaches to improving Quality Management and effectiveness of processes and ensure production standards are consistently met across all offices.
**Responsibilities**
**Develop, maintain and continuously improve a centralized ESG Analytics’ Quality Management System meeting stakeholder’s expectation (i.e., MESG, MIS, MA), anticipating regulators demands as well and being scalable to accompany MESG’ ambitions in terms of production volume and efficiency**:
- You design and develop the Quality Management System meeting our stakeholder’s expectation and supporting ESG Analytics development priorities
- You continuously improve the Quality Management System through the organization of consultation to identify best practices inside and outside ESG Analytics and pain points that need to be fixed
- Based on the analysis or errata and of feedback you received from our stakeholders regarding our quality management, you develop opportunity note for continuous improvement of process, guidelines and/or tools and manage the associated project to implement these improvements, with their ad-hoc stakeholders and in liaison with the MIQ Process Manager
- You liaise with the Compliance team for regulatory updates and adjust/update existing processes accordingly
- With the Quality Management team, you organise and administrate necessary training to raise and maintain awareness of the teams in charge on quality targets and quality controls processes
- With the Quality Management team, you ensure that relevant documentation regarding quality management system, process, guidelines, and tools is maintained

- You lead the development and maintenance of tools embedded into our production system to measure and monitor quality performance
- You define quality target per production line (i.e., accuracy rate) as well as per employee (i.e. quality score).
- With the Quality Management team, you consolidate agreed KPI on quality performance across ESG Assessment as well as Impact and Regulatory Screening processes, analyse performance and propose corrective actions when needed
- You report on quality performance towards the Operation Efficiency Manager
**Ensure coherent and robust complaints and erratum management both for ESG Assessment as well as Impact and Regulatory Screening**
- You review work done by QPM ESG Assessment and QPM Impact & Regulatory Screening regarding validation of errata and follow-up their progress until their delivery
- You act as the main contact point in case of Quality issue (i.e. complain) raised by internal and external stakeholders, mobilizing the right expert on each issue raised and taking responsibility for the correct management of issue raised according to our process and targeted timeline
- If relevant, you supervise the implementation of corrective and preventive measures
