We are looking for an experienced Sales Performance Manager to shape our organization's long-term strategy in sales, marketing & customer care. We are looking for a leading force in communication & sales, who helps us boosting our Veolia vision.

The Sales Performance Manager will be tasked with assessing the sales organizational performance, developing achievable goals and implementing processes that improve organizational effectiveness and build a sustainable competitive advantage.

**Role and responsibilities**

As the Sales Performance Manager you will:

- support sales improvement processes and initiatives;
- align departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy;
- follow-up & communicate about key projects defined by the Veolia group;
- analyze the various reports and dashboards to present your actions in a consolidated way to the Sales director;
- plan, implement and manage proposed recommendations and projects;
- identify threats and opportunities within the sales processes & projects;
- manage risk and develop risk mitigation plans.

Moreover you will:

- identify required sales initiatives and drive them with identified owners and stakeholders;
- act as sparring partner for the Sales managers, equally challenging and supporting the several Sales teams while building sustainable partnering relationships with the Development teams;
- conduct desk research and analyses of sales effectiveness, sales processes and systems, stakeholders, etc. (system thinking);
- establish a sustaining learning and improvement culture in the different teams;
- improve continuously the overall customer experience internal and external;
- and last but not least be the bridge between sales - marketing - customer care - business administration - logistics & finance.

**Qualifications**:

- You can rely on a proven track record in continuous improvements and/or quality assurance leadership experiences in Marketing, Promotional or Retail companies.
- You possess strong analytic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex data and perform analyses swiftly and accurately.
- You have the ability to translate complex analyses in easy-to-understand manner and present these to a broad audience.
- You have the ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment when working in challenging situations.
- Proven leadership skills with a strong work ethic and an ambitious, stress resistant and hands-on personality.
- You can engage with senior and middle management;
- You are able to manage projects with multiple stakeholders across different locations / backgrounds delivering tangible results;
- You are fluent in 3 languages: Dutch, French and English;
