Harelbeke- HRBen jij een dynamisch vliegwiel, en ook nog eens sterk in communicatie? Agristo zoekt een hypersociaal beestje voor de interne _flow_ op de productiesite Harelbeke. Iemand die tussen onze diepvries gekoelde frietjes mensen met een warme stijl weet te verbinden.
**Wat zal je doen bij Agristo?**:
Een groot bedrijf als Agristo communiceert niet alleen naar de buitenwereld, ook voor onze Potatoholics zetten we allerlei evenementen en initiatieven op. Het vieren van interne successen adhv mini events springen meteen op jouw radar. Van interne events om onze medewerkers te informeren tot opleidingen en nieuwe acties rond _well being_,Jij zorgt dat iedereen op de werkvloer op de hoogte is van de laatste praktische nieuwtjes, recente strategische beslissingen en belangrijke gebeurtenissen.
Je bent dé specialist in het opmaken en opvolgen van een communicatieplan. Een kleine wijziging? Geen probleem, je stuurt meteen bij
Tussen onze productielijn en in de kantine luister je naar de noden van heftruckchauffeurs, kantoorbedienden, aardappelkeurders, inpakoperatoren,... Hoe meer interactie met de Potatoholics op de werkvloer, hoe beter je hun noden kan communiceren naar de stakeholders en het management.
Complexe boodschap? Nieuwe veiligheidsmaatregel? Ook omgekeerd weet je hoe je een moeilijk thema helder naar de werkvloer vertaalt. Soms is dit specifieke communicatie per site, soms algemeen vanuit HQ. Met het nodige begrip én voldoende duidelijk voor alle betrokkenen, stem jij je taal af op verschillende doelgroepen binnen Agristo.
Op je concrete to-dolijst komt alleszins het uitwerken van doordachte, uniforme communicatie. Het hoofdkantoor reikt je de tools (nieuwsbrieven, sociale media) aan en ook de copywriting in de juiste _tone of voice (lees: een extra vleugje humor)_. Als het nodig is, voeg jij daar per site je eigen toets aan toe.
Nog meer fun op je to-dolijst: initiatieven om de zichtbaarheid en naamsbekendheid van de site Harelbeke te verhogen. Klaar om de handen uit de mouwen te steken en onze vacatures online te laten opvallen? TikTok heeft geen geheimen meer voor jou en als social ninja ga je elke uitdaging aan.
- Je bent het wervelend aanspreekpunt voor alles wat op site Harelbeke gebeurt. Je werkt in tandem samen met de Communication Manager Wielsbeke en de lokale HR Manager. Daarnaast maak je deel uit van het marketing team om de uniformiteit in communicatieboodschappen te garanderen.**Hier herken jij jezelf in**:

Jij bent de mosterd. De kritische stem, die actief op zoek gaat naar meerwaarde en verbetering. Je treedt op als expert en neemt collega’s mee op sleeptouw.
Jij bent de cocktail. Een stevige mix van communicatieve skills en grafische kennis om elke boodschap op smaak te brengen. Daarnaast ben je ook bereid om de site Wielsbeke te ondersteunen waar nodig.
