**3B Best Belgian Brands et Solutions iD sont actives depuis 9 ans dans le monde de l’impression sur têxtile, la création de marques têxtiles et le développement graphique.**

**Dans le cadre de notre développement et du lancement de 3 nouvelles marques têxtile sur le marché Belge, nous recherchons des profils divers et variés, tel que des Digital Strategist / Web Marketer avec une expérience prouvée de préférence dans le domaine du têxtile.**

**Les différents postes à pouvoir sont soit en tant que FREELANCE ou en contrat CDI.**

Disposer d’expérience et de formation dans le domaine de la stratégie digitale et du web marketing.
- Construire, planifier et mettre en oeuvre la stratégie globale de marketing numérique.
- Restez à jour avec les dernières technologies et les meilleures pratiques du web.
- Gérer tous les canaux de marketing numérique de nos marques.
- Mesurer le ROI et les ICP (Indicateurs Clés de Performance).
- Préparer et budgétiser un calendrier marketing numérique avant validation par le corps finance.
- Administrer tous les comptes de médias sociaux de l’entreprise.
- Gérer et améliorer le contenu en ligne, en tenant compte du référencement et de Google Analytics.
- Donner les clés de compréhensions au reste de l’équipe afin de facilité le travail collaboratif avec les autres métiers.
- Élaborer un plan d'inbound marketing.
- Motiver et superviser l’équipe de Community Management pour atteindre ses objectifs
- Surveiller la concurrence et fournir des suggestions d’amélioration.

Compétences requises:

- Forte expérience dans le domaine de la stratégie digitale et du web marketing ou secteur similaire.
- Vous connaissiez comme votre poche les algorithmes et les réseaux sociaux n'ont aucun secrets pour vous.
- Forte expérience dans le développement et la mise en oeuvre de stratégies de marketing numérique appuyée par des exemples.
- Bonne connaissance de tous les différents canaux de marketing numérique
- Bonne connaissance et expérience des outils de marketing en ligne et des meilleures pratiques (Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Meta, Business Suite, CRM, etc.)
- Forte expérience pratique du référencement SEO/SEA/SMO
- Diplôme en marketing, technologies numériques ou autre domaine pertinent
- Pensée critique et compétences en résolution de problèmes
- Méthode, organisation, bonne gestion du temps
- Autonomie, rigueur et bonne remise en question
- Grandes compétences de communication, sociabilité et bon relationnel (travail en équipe collaboratif avec d’autres métiers)
