**ROLE**

We are looking for a talented Senior Paid Media Strategist to join our EU institutional paid social team. You will be responsible for all the paid digital operations for various major EU institutions, investment banks, travel promotions, etc.

You’ll join a broader media team made of strategists responsible for media planning and campaign managers who will execute and run campaigns.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop paid social /digital strategies for existing clients and new business (e.g. tenders).
- Recommend innovative media tactics consistent with content briefing.
- Oversee EU campaign managers and support their growth.
- Work together with the management to identify and grow incremental business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with EU stakeholders.
- Develop, train, coach and motivate teams and/or clients.
- Proactively seek out media opportunities to develop a sharp and up-to-date approach to media planning and disseminate across the team.
- Proactively seek to design effective media cases.

***PROFILE**
- Full professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in Dutch or French is a plus.
- 5-8 years of experience in digital media, including EU expertise and management experience. Agency experience is a plus.
- Very strong experience in developing robust, creative, innovative and sharp paid digital strategies and media plans.
- Strong understanding of the digital landscape and how/where bridges are built between paid social and other channels.
- Extensive experience in writing and presenting relevant information.
- Ability to evaluate, design and execute streamlined processes across clients and within the group.
- Strong team management and coordination skills.
- Ability to stimulate and motivate junior talents team and develop team skills and careers.
- Strong track record of business growth and incremental scope conversions
- Strong technical knowledge of paid digital tools and external vendors
