- Fonction:

- Le Technical Project Manager supervise les études d’un ou plusieurs projets d’envergure en veillant au respect des objectifs (planning, budget et technique) et au respect des procédures qualité. Il apporte son support technique aux équipes en charge des projets. Il rapporte directement à l’Engineering Department Manager (EDM). Sur le ou les projets dont il a la responsabilité:

- Définir les ressources nécessaires en accord avec l’EDM
- Connaître les contraintes contractuelles, risques et opportunités et évaluer les options techniques
- Animer, encadrer, coordonner et planifier la ou les équipe(s) d’ingénieurs d’études et de dessinateurs
- Superviser les études, les documents produits et la gestion des budgets d’études
- Participer et animer les revues de conception
- Responsabilités en matière de management et de gestion du personnel : Gestion en accord avec l’EDM des équipes d’ingénieurs d’études et des dessinateurs occupés sur les projets dont il a la responsabilité
- Responsabilités techniques et de qualité : Garant de la qualité des documents émis,
- Garant du respect des procédures qualités tel que les revues de conception par exemple
- Il s’assure de la prise en charge des aspects sécurité et ergonomie lors de la conception
- Responsabilités financières : Il motive et implique les équipes dans l’établissement, le suivi et le respect des budgets des prestations d’études en collaboration avec les Project Managers
- Respect des budgets et des délais d’études
- Il s’assure des meilleurs choix techniques à coût optimal
- Profil:

- Diplôme d’ingénieur ou expérience équivalente (électromécanique, chimie, mécanique sauf si expérience traitement des eaux)
- Expérience probante de minimum 10 ans dans des projets industriels type EPC
- Connaissances en dimensionnement et sélection d’équipements électromécaniques (pompes, appareils mécaniques épuratoires, compresseurs et surpresseurs, robinetterie,...)
- Atouts : Connaissances en procédés de traitement des eaux potables, industrielles et usées
- Connaissances en hydraulique appliquée et adéquation des matières utilisées
- Connaissances générales des logiciels de dessin industriel CAO
- Anglais minimum B2 (documents en anglais)
- Compétences transversales : Efficacité personnelle : précision, réalisation des objectifs, planification et organisation, autonomie, engagement, capacité d’adaptation et équilibre/résistance au stress
- Fonctionnement personnel : créativité/réflexion conceptuelle, sens de l’initiative, amélioration continue, résolution de problèmes et souci de la qualité, de la sécurité et de l’environnement
- Fonctionnement interpersonnel : esprit d’équipe, gestion des conflits, présentation (animation de réunions), capacité communicationnelle
- People management : développement et encadrement des collaborateurs, délégation aux collaborateurs et leadership
