Would you like to join our team? We are looking for a **Marketing Manager Executive Education**.
**Function**:
As the **Marketing Manager Executive Education** you will create, implement, evaluate and optimize a comprehensive marketing vision and strategy for our **Executive Masters and Customized Programs**. You will closely collaborate with the business leads of the Executive Masters and Customized Programs teams and with the other members of the marketing team.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Establish positioning, identify target customers, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives to deliver on customer needs and business needs of the Executive Master’s and Customized Programs’ portfolio;
- Lead the execution of marketing plans and multi-channel inbound marketing campaigns from start to finish;
- Fuel and support marketing automation, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads;
- Gather and analyze customer and market insights, customer trends, competitors, products and marketing best practices to build successful strategies;
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly;
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development;
- Work with external marketing suppliers, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets;
- Create and manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points;
- Increase brand awareness and market share of AMS’s product portfolio;
- Participate in events and provide sales support;
- Establish budget guidelines and document business processes;
- Developing and managing the marketing budget for your internal business clients in Executive Education;
- Preparing and presenting monthly reports to your internal business clients and business leads.
**Profile**:
- You have 5+ years relevant marketing experience;
- You possess an extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding;
- You are proficient in online inbound marketing and social media strategy (experience with Hubspot is a plus);
- You have good organizational abilities and a hands-on mentality which you have put to use in prior project management;
- You are data
- and result-driven;
- You combine a strong commercial feeling with an interest in executive education;
- You easily interact with diverse stakeholders;
- You combine a strong team spirit with a healthy sense of autonomy;
- You have a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar fields;
- You are fluent in English and Dutch (speaking, writing, reading).
