**About the Job**:
Join our dynamic team as a Product and Pricing Maestro As the mastermind behind our brand's model portfolio and pricing strategy, you'll play a pivotal role in maximizing our market share through innovative approaches.
**Job Role and Responsibilities**:
- **Collaborate and Innovate**: Partnering with the Original Equipment Manufacturer, you'll provide valuable feedback and shape our model portfolio based on market trends and customer needs.
- **Strategic Decision-Making**: Utilize comprehensive market and competitor research to determine the commercial position of our products, covering market segmentation, customer profiles, Unique Selling Points, pricing, and life cycle.
- **Pricing Expertise**: Conduct detailed pricing analyses for your portfolio and competitors, supporting negotiations with the OEM to ensure optimal pricing strategies.
- **Data Storytelling**: Transform data into compelling narratives and create persuasive presentations for diverse audiences, including sales, finance, and external stakeholders.
- **Operational Dynamo**: Blend strategic thinking with hands-on operational work, monitoring and adjusting the performance of the model portfolio as needed.
- **Partnership Building**: Foster a strong relationship with the OEM, negotiating on various aspects such as price, service, quality, and processes, ensuring effective problem resolution.
- **Information Management**: Guarantee accurate and complete product information across various platforms and communications channels, including websites and social media.
- **Network Engagement**: Enthuse and inform our network about products, actions, and campaigns, serving as the go-to contact for daily inquiries regarding the product portfolio.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Participate in exciting cross-functional projects, such as Car Shows, bringing your unique perspective to the table.
- **Reporting**: Report directly to the Head of Product Management, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with overall goals.
**Your Profile**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent through relevant experience.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years in Product Management, a background in the automotive industry is a bonus, it's not a must.
- Possess an analytical mind with a knack for creative problem-solving.
- Fluent in MS Office and IT systems/tools.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, approaching tasks in a structured and proactive manner.
- Thrive as a team player, effortlessly building relationships with colleagues and external partners.
- Excellent communication and listening skills with a customer-centric focus.
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers.
- Oriented towards achieving tangible results.
- Fluent in either NL or FR, good command of the other + ENG
